Key Learnings

This is a service and solutions role but I still created a design product because I've seen an unmet need in terms of providing actionable reports. Designing weekly talent activities using data and capturing the information in easy to read dashboard reporting paved the way for providing important insights. This design product helped business leaders make better and faster talent decisions. It also allowed key decision makers to adjust their talent plan based on talent supply. In addition, it helped them anticipate gaps due to highly competitive technology space. I used the framework of enterprise design thinking by being clear on my hill to climb (goal centered). I also utilized weekly sync so road blocks can be addressed and helped with making faster and better decisions. Lastly, I get to learn about data engineering, cloud, NumPy, Kafka, Scala and a lot more!
