So what to do? How can we build a different kind of happy?
One that does not require a trip to the Bahamas, a climb of Mount Everest or
beating everyone at Fortnite. I offer some alternatives. Practices that we can do on
a daily basis and are quite easy to incorporate in our busy, hectic lives.
Looking after our well-being is the first step to getting happier.
Once we do more of the activities that prime us for happiness, we can get our "misery index" down.
The goal is to make happiness, intentional. The journey to a happier life, starts now.
